I am Kim Hyung Dae, chairman of the Gangnam-gu Council.
I will take on the great responsibility and duty of the chairmanship of the Gangnam-gu Council that has been granted to me.

As the residents' interest in the council has increased due to the growing role of local councils following the revision of the Local Autonomy Act, we will strive to further uphold the will of the residents and gain their trust.
Moreover, I will carry out my chairmanship with the same mindset as when I took my first steps as a district council member, by considering and representing the socially underprivileged.
In addition, to make Gangnam-gu a place where all the district residents are happy, I will be an acting chairman who actively communicates with the district residents.

I will consider again and again to lead the council more wisely in the future.
I ask for the interest and support of all residents so that the Gangnam-gu Council may grow.
