청원서 다운받기
강남구의회에 청원할 수 있는 사항
- 피해의 구제
- 공무원의 비위의 시정 또는 공무원에 대한 징계나 처벌의 요구
- 공공의 제도 또는 시설의 운영
- 기타 공공기관의 권한에 속하는 사항
청원서 제출 방법
- 지방의회 의원의 소개를 얻어 제출(지방의원의 의견서 첨부)
- 청원서에는 청원자의 성명 및 주소 기재, 서명 날인
청원 미 접수 사항
- 재판에 간섭하는 것
- 국가의 원수를 모독하는 것
- 동일 내용의 청원서를 동일기관에 2개이상 또는 2개기관 이상에 제출하는 것
- 법령에 위배되는 것
청원 심사 절차
- 의장은 청원요지서를 작성하여 각 의원에게 배부와 동시에 소관 상임위원회에 회부
- 위원회는 폐회기간을 제외하고 20일내에 심사결과를 의장에게 보고

청원처리 절차
청원서 제출 Submission of the Petitionary Paper
- 의원이 소개를 얻어 청원서에 청원의 취지와 이유를 구체적으로 명시Acquire a member's introduction. Express purport and cause of petition on the petitionary pater in detial.
의회수리Reception by Council
청원의 수리 Reception of a Petiton
- 청원의 불수리:재판에 간섭하거나 법령에 위배되는 내용Rejection to Receve a petition : Something intervening Between judgement or violating the Law.
소관위원회 회부·심사 Sending to Corresponding Committee Performing Examination
- 청원 소개 의원은 소관위원회 또는 본회의의 요구가 있을때 청원의 취지 설명 The member introducting a petitin shall explain purport of the petition as requested by the concerned committee or main meeting
- 본회의에 부의할 필요가 없다고 결정한 때, 그 결과를 의장에게 보고하고, 의장은 청원인에게 통지 In case of deciding as not necessary to send a petition to the main meeting the result of processing shall be reported to the chairman and the chairman shall notify the result to the titioner

본회의 심사·의결을 거쳐 채택 Adoption Through Examination Voting in the Main Meeting
구청장이 처리하여야 할 사항은 청원의견서를 첨부,구청장에게 이송 Attach an Opinion on the Pettion, and Transfer the Issues so as to be treated by District Head.
구청장의 처리Treatment by District Head
구청장이 청원을 처리하고 그결과를 지체없이 의회에 보고 Head of district office shall treat the petition and report the result of processing to the council immediately
